Cancellation Policy
Please be aware of my 24-hour cancellation policy.
Because it is difficult to fill a canceled appointment without sufficient notice,
appointments canceled without 24 hours notice will be charged a fee of $25.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text me at least 24 hours in advance.
Refund Policy on Gift Certificates
Please note the following terms and conditions regarding refunds for gift certificates:
Non-Refundable: All purchases of massage gift certificates are final and non-refundable. Once a gift certificate has been purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another individual.
Expiration and Use: Gift certificates are valid for the time period listed on the gift certificate. After the expiration date, the gift certificate will no longer be redeemable for services.
Lost or Stolen Certificates: I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates. I recommend that you treat your gift certificate as cash.
